We equip your team with the knowledge to operate Deeplai platforms confidently. From field operators to compliance managers. Practical, product-specific, and recognised with a formal certificate.
Deploying a compliance platform is the first step.
The real value comes when your team can use it fluently, understanding not just what to click, but why each workflow exists and how it connects to your regulatory obligations.
Our training programme is built around Deeplai products and the specific regulatory contexts they operate in.
Sessions are hands-on, role-specific, and paced to match your team's existing knowledge. You leave with practical skill and a certificate to prove it.
Every session is built around the actual platform, module, or tool your team will use, not generic software training theory.
Field operators, compliance managers, and IT administrators each have different training needs. We tailor depth and content accordingly.
Participants who complete a training track receive an official Deeplai certificate of completion recognising their demonstrated competency.
Training is available in three formats. Choose the one that fits your team's schedule, location, and scale.
A Deeplai trainer visits your premises and delivers hands-on sessions tailored to your specific installation, workflows, and team structure. Best for initial rollouts and larger groups.
Instructor-led sessions delivered via video call with screen sharing, live demos, and interactive Q&A. Participants follow along in their own platform environment in real time.
Structured documentation, guided walkthroughs, and recorded sessions that your team can access on their own schedule. Ideal for onboarding new staff after initial training is complete.
Each track covers platform fundamentals, regulatory context, and practical workflows.
Courses can be combined or scoped to specific modules depending on your team's needs.
Platform navigation, supply chain data entry, document management, COC workflows, and user administration. Available in operator and manager tracks.
Due diligence statement creation, geo-polygon import, supplier data collection, risk assessment workflows, and submission to the EU Information System.
DPP data model fundamentals, attribute population, lifecycle event recording, QR code generation, and regulatory data export. Includes regulatory context session.
Field use of TimberID App, Dcode Reader, MultiCode Scanner, and Plot Register. Covers scanning workflows, offline mode, sync procedures, and error resolution.
Operation and maintenance of Dcode marking hardware: DMA-MH, DMA-SA, DMS stamp systems. Covers marking parameters, batch setup, troubleshooting, and platform sync.
User management, role and permission configuration, integration settings, reporting setup, audit logs, and system health monitoring. For IT administrators and platform owners.
Every completed training track results in a formal Deeplai Certificate of Completion. Certificates are issued per product track and are specific to the version of the platform covered during training. They serve as formal recognition of platform competency for internal records, compliance audits, and supplier qualification processes.
Tell us which products your team uses, how many participants you have, and your preferred format. We will put together a training proposal and schedule that works for your organisation.
